We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every purchase from Proviewly. If something is not right, we’re here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food or treat products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@proviewly.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at support@proviewly.com and we will arrange this for you subject to stock availability.
