Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email inbox for your shipping confirmation from Proviewly
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number
- Visit the carrier’s tracking website and enter your tracking number
Tracking Not Working?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your order is dispatched. If your tracking link shows no information after 48 hours, please contact us at support@proviewly.com with your order number and we will investigate straight away.
