How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: USA and Canada typically 7–14 business days, UK and Europe 7–12 business days, Australia and New Zealand 5–8 business days, and other international destinations 10–20 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, China, Australia and many more countries. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime at Track My Order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@proviewly.com and we will do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@proviewly.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Are your products safe for dogs?

Absolutely. Every product in our store is sourced from reputable suppliers and manufactured from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We would never sell anything we wouldn’t use on our own dogs.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product listing includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your dog’s chest girth, neck circumference and length before purchasing apparel, harnesses or collars. When in doubt, size up.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, most items are restocked regularly. You can click ‘Notify Me’ on any sold-out product to receive an email the moment it is back in stock.
